Different instructions, guidance, assistance, spotters, and most of all supporters for anyone to PRACTICE the asana of going upside down and how to balance on your arms. YES, you can turn your can’t’s into cans!!
This will be a warm-up, instructional style workshop, 4 hours of practice and explanations to teach and assist you in the journey. The process from the start will be explained, and please know, you do not have to “go all the way” if you do not feel comfortable doing so, with headstand or shoulder stand or balancing (we do have pillows and bolsters to fall on though!). A WORKSHOP where you will learn the techniques and safe way to practice Salamba Sirsasana (aka Headstand) which is one of the most important poses to work into any asana practice.
Also discover how to fly into Crow/Crane (aka Bakasana) learning the required actions and might take you into one of 9 various extensions.
