What is Buti Yoga?

This calorie-scorching workout fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive tribal dance and body sculpting primal movement. Created by celebrity trainer Bizzie Gold, Buti Yoga utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt and tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Instead of linear movements, Gold favors movements that challenge the body along all planes of motion. The result is long, lean muscles with sexy feminine curves. Classes are challenging and welcome all levels; no experience necessary! We grow, create and release in this practice together. Sunday, February 25th, 2 – 3pm (if you missed on 2/3 or come again!)

This will be an hour + class with clear guidance, instruction, demonstration and explanation of this style of yoga with RoAnne Chastain.

Please note, especially after watching the videos belong, that this is an all level class.

 IMG_5624fxModifications will be shown, and RoAnne even has a client with 2 hip replacements who joined her in her classes in Brownwood, Tx. The room will not be heated, however with the cardio, core and movement work you will work up a sweat.
